5.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on ct999f. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ct999f will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5.5 ct999f reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or regulatory concerns.
6.1 ct999f is required to verify the identity and age of Account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be required before a User is permitted to make withdrawals, access certain features, or upon request at any time.
6.2 Typical documentation required for KYC verification may include:

7.5 ct999f reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to Account Balance if the withdrawal request has not been collected or confirmed within a specified timeframe applicable to the payment method selected.
7.6 ct999f will not be held liable for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing arising from third-party payment providers, network disruptions, banking system restrictions or regulatory interventions outside ct999f's direct control.
8.1 ct999f may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published at the time each offer is made available.
